Refer a Friend/Family Terms & Conditions
The Magnetic Mortgage Solutions Refer a Friend/Family Offer is available to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
Prior to making a referral, the referrer must notify the referred client and obtain their consent for their details to be shared with Magnetic Mortgage Solutions. It is the responsibility of the referrer to secure this consent, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The referrer agrees to indemnify Magnetic Mortgage Solutions against any loss or claims arising from their failure to obtain such consent.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer may make.
Each referred client may only be referred once. If a referred client is referred to Magnetic Mortgage Solutions multiple times, only the initial referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this offer.
The referrer will not qualify for a referral gift if the referred client has already engaged Magnetic Mortgage Solutions to arrange a mortgage or protection policy.
If, for any reason, Magnetic Mortgage Solutions is unable to provide one of the specified referral gifts, the referrer will receive a substitute gift of equivalent value, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Magnetic Mortgage Solutions reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
A referrer may receive a voucher of up to £50 if the referred client successfully completes a mortgage or protection policy arranged by Magnetic Mortgage Solutions. The value of the voucher is contingent upon the amount Magnetic Mortgage Solutions receives from the mortgage or insurance transaction, with a maximum value of £50.
To qualify for the voucher, the application for the mortgage or protection policy must occur within six months of the referral date. Applications received after the six-month period will not qualify the referrer for a gift card.
The £50 voucher will be issued within 60 days of Magnetic Mortgage Solutions being notified that the referred client's mortgage has been completed or their protection policy has commenced.
